These terms and conditions apply to all transactions concluded with the customer, when you shop via Sanvi Jewels website online .

Sanvi Jewels reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time.

Product Availability
If online store products become temporarily unavailable due to some unforeseen problem Sanvi Jewels has the right to hold your order until the product is back in stock and will then mail the product to you in the usual way. In the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable then Sanvi Jewels will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund.

Colour Change Issues
SANVI JEWELS has made every effort to reproduce colors in the online store as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colors in slightly different ways, and so exact color matches are not yet possible over the internet. This means that when you order products from the online store, colors may differ from what you see on the screen. If you are not satisfied with the color of the product you have ordered, SANVI JEWELS operate a returns policy (see "Returns Policy" below). 

Packaging
We take every good care to ship the orders in good condition, properly polythene packed, plastic box packing and then a thick layer of bubble wrapped around the package . However, at times the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure and custom procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same.

Delivery details
Please provide full, detailed address with contact phone number. The contact phone number must be of the customer who can be contacted in case the goods could not be delivered. SANVI JEWELS is not responsible if the addressee is not available at the given address or in case of incorrect address mentioned at the time of placing the order .

Product and pricing
Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt. 
 
SANVI JEWELS reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.
Custom made jewellery orders , refunds or exchanges won’t be accepted in case of custom made jewellery products or orders.  

Refund / Return policy for Custom made
We do not accept returns or refunds for custom made jewellery products. In case of alterations the jewel has to be sent back to us. Shipping cost charges has to be born by the buyer only.

Returns are accepted only for damages. No refund, only replacement possible.

Cancellation/Returns Policy
SANVI JEWELS have the right to cancel any order you make for any product if you fail our validation or security checks. In certain instances you may not receive email confirmation of an order being cancelled.
